Adam Guziejewski, the deputy executive director of the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, is joining Katz Government Affairs.

“As the many people who know Adam will attest, he is a superb advocate and a fine person,” said Carol Katz. “He shares the commitment to client service that is the hallmark of KGA, and we are delighted to welcome him on board.” Guziejewski worked for the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties before the funeral director association in 2006.

Legislators from both parties praised Guziejewski, with State Sen. Troy Singleton (D-Palmyra) and Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick (R-Westfield) issuing statements.

“Throughout my tenure with the State Funeral Directors, I’ve spent a lot of time building strong relationships with many of New Jersey’s decision makers, particularly in the Legislature and Executive Branch. I also feel that I’ve tried to be forthright, thoughtful and substantive when it comes to government affairs representation,” Guziejewski said. “Katz Government Affairs has a reputation for producing results while maintaining a high professional standard. I am especially excited to bring my network and approach to such a well-regarded company with a diverse clientele.”
