Top Frelinghuysen aide joins lobbying firm

Nancy Fox, who served as chief of staff to Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen and then as staff director of the House Appropriations Committee, is joining Winning Strategies Washington as a partner.

Fox will join Donna Mullins, the firm’s chair, as Frelinghuysen alums.  Mullins served as chief of staff to Frelinghuysen and Rep. Dean Gallo before joining Winning Strategies.

“Nancy was an extraordinary steady hand during unprecedented times on the committee,” said Frelinghuysen.  “Nancy led our team and managed all situations and negotiations with integrity, unparalleled subject knowledge, and a keen ability to navigate the unique nuances of Capitol Hill appropriations successfully.”

The Washington lobbying firm represents several New Jersey-based clients, including RWJBarnabas Health, Stevens Institute of Technology, Rowan University, NJIT, and Seton Hall University.  Winning Strategies Washington works closely with Princeton Public Affairs, a Trenton lobbying firm
