By David Wildstein, January 10 2019 6:08 pm

Morris County Freeholders Douglas Cabana, Thomas Mastrangelo and Kathy DeFilippo today announced their candidacy for re-election in 2019 and said they will run together as a team.

Two Republicans, Donald Dinsmore and William Felegi, have already announced they will challenge the incumbents in the June GOP primary.

Cabana has been a freeholder since 1997.  Mastrangelo was elected in 2010 and DeFilippo in 2013.

The incumbents say they have =guided the county to annual fiscal responsible budgets including multiple ZERO tax increase budgets and reduced the county debt by tens of millions of dollars.
