With the 2024 general election now over, New Jersey’s 2025 cycle is in full swing, and candidates from both parties are working to gain support in every corner of the state.

This is an exhaustive list of every endorsement in the 2025 gubernatorial race; it was last updated on November 14, 2024. For simplicity’s sake, it will only track formally declared major candidates, which for now includes four Democrats – Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop, former State Senate President Steve Sweeney (D-West Deptford), Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, and Montclair Mayor Sean Spiller – and four Republicans: State Sen. Jon Bramnick (R-Westfield), former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli (R-Somerville), former State Sen. Ed Durr (R-Logan), and radio host Bill Spadea.
