Jones on FY2020 Budget Passage Out of Assembly Committee

 (TRENTON) – Assemblywoman Patricia Egan Jones, a member of the Assembly Budget Committee, issued a statement following the approval of the Legislative Democrats’ proposed fiscal spending plan:

“Fully funding the Senior Freeze program for the first time in a decade with an $18 million dollar increase and providing almost a $175 million dollars in property tax relief are the budget provisions residents will feel right where they needed the most– in their wallets.

“This year’s spending plan proposed by the legislature makes sound fiscal decisions for the people of New Jersey.”
