The law firm where Cory Booker was a partner before becoming mayor of Newark in 2006 is now merging with another politically active firm.

McManimon, Scotland and Baumann has joined together and Trenk DiPasquale Della Fera & Sodono to create a new 51-lawyer firm.  The new MS&B firm will be based in Roseland.

MS&B has traditionally had a large bond counsel practice in New Jersey.
