Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-Paterson) declared this evening that he’s supporting Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic presidential nomination, making him the latest New Jersey Democrat to join the vice president’s growing parade of supporters.
“I’m with Kamala Harris,” Pascrell said in a statement. “She is the right candidate to promote our values, unite our country and take the fight to Donald Trump and House Republicans head on.”
Reps. Andy Kim (D-Moorestown), Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Ewing), Mikie Sherrill (D-Montclair), Frank Pallone (D-Long Branch), Rob Menendez (D-Jersey City), and Josh Gottheimer (D-Wyckoff) have all also announced their support of Harris, as has Gov. Phil Murphy and Newark City Council President LaMonica McIver, the Democratic nominee for the 10th congressional district.
It’s possible that New Jersey’s entire delegation to the Democratic National Convention could endorse Harris tomorrow.
