Fahl declines to comment on presidential pick

Lambertville Mayor Julia Fahl declined to discuss her pick for president ahead of Hunterdon County Democrats Sunday convention.

Fahl is one of a handful of Democratic mayors in Hunterdon, which is set to hold the first nominating contest for president on the Democratic side in New Jersey.

Members of the HCDC’s executive board are avoiding steering the contest in any way, and HCDC Chairwoman Arlene Quinoñes Perez said committee members remain split on who they’ll back for the party line.
