Hunterdon County Democratic Committee Secretary Helen Dowkontt-Richard hasn’t decided who she’ll back for president at the organization’s convention Sunday.
“I haven’t, actually,” she said. “I won’t be able to give you an answer.”
Hunterdon County Democrats are set to hold their 2020 presidential convention this Sunday.
They’ll be the first Democratic organization in New Jersey to officially back a candidate to take on President Donald Trump.
The county is hosting an open convention for their presidential nominations.
“We will try to do the best job we can to make this process and vote fair for everyone,” Dowkontt-Richard said.
