Embattled Morris County Clerk Ann Grossi appears to have lost re-election to the Parsippany GOP County Committee.
Betty Jane Panos leads Grossi by 3 votes, 32-29.
In the same district, Leonard Pizza leads Nicholas Grossi by 7 votes, 34-27.
The Vote by Mail tally is not included in the count, which has just the machine vote.
