Dale wins landslide in West Milford

Republican nominees unopposed in November

Michele Dale defeated Lou Signorino for the Republican mayoral nomination in West Milford by 974 votes, a 76%-24% margin.

Kevin Goodsir and Warren Gross have won Republican nods for township council.

They defeated Peter McGuinness and Steven Castronova.

Goodsir was the race’s top vote-getter. He earned 1,377 votes.

Gross got 1,329.

McGuinness had 529 ballots cast in his name, and Castronova finished in last with 445 votes.

Democrats are not running council candidates in the district.
