John Lynch staffer dies

Angelina Cibbaro, known in Democratic circles for her years as secretary to New Brunswick Mayor John Lynch, died on March 5.  She was 95.

Richard Dickson, who spent 22 years as a councilman in Runnemede, passed away on March 4.  He spent 37 years on the Runnemede Planning Board.  Dickson was 83.

Thomas Barrows, a former Mayor of Franklin Township, passed away on February 25 at age 81.  He served as a mayor and councilman and worked as a research psychologist for the Education Testing Service (ETS).
