Lonegan: Gottheimer dances like a ballerina

Steve Lonegan just called Josh Gottheimer a ballerina.

The former Bogota mayor accused Gottheimer of having a “total lack of substance or even the smallest of ideas.”  He said the freshman Democratic congressman dances around issues “like a ballerina.”

“It is disturbing to watch a politician talk for seven minutes and say nothing,” said Lonegan, one of two Republicans vying for the chance to challenge Gottheimer in the general election. “Sort of like out of a comedy, but not funny in the shadow of the issue of school violence we are trying to resolve. Protecting our kids from the next would-be school shooter won’t be solved by Josh Gottheimer’s virtue signaling.”
