Thomas Cullinane, a former vice president of the New Jersey State Board of Agriculture, died on December 22. He was 86. Cullinane also served on the Buena Vista Township Board of Education.
Carla Hila, a former member of the Woodbridge Democratic Club, died on December 21.
Jerry Simons, a retired detective for the Essex County Prosecutor’s office, died on December 24. He was 87. Simons served in the U.S. Navy and Marines during the occupation of Japan and in the Korean War.
