Bill Marshall, who served as a Tuckerton councilman for nearly eight years, died on December 14.  He was 72.  Marshall was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.

John Holdcraft, a former Gloucester County deputy medical examiner and a delegate to the 1980 Republican National Convention pledged to Ronald Reagan, died on December 18.  He was 98.  Holdcraft served in the U.S. Army during World War II and later became a physician.

Anna Jumium, who worked for the Jersey City Municipal Court from 1964 to 1990, died on December 22.  She was 98.

David Giangeruso, the brother of Lyndhurst Mayor Robert Giangeruso, died on December 18.  He was 62.

Leonard Kupst, a Democratic County Committeeman in Piscataway, died on December 22.  He was 73.

Edward Barrett, a former member of the Democratic Club of Trenton, died on December 20.  He was 81.  Barrett served in the U.S. Air Force.
