UFCW Local 1262 endorses Menendez

The United Food & Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 1262 has endorsed Bob Menendez for re-election to the U.S. Senate.

Union president Harvey Whille said that Menendez has always been a friend of labor and has “stood by the working people of New Jersey for decades.”

UFC Local 1262 represents more than 30,000 members.

“With Donald Trump in the White House and his far-right judges ruling to undermine unions, I pledge to continue to fight for my brothers and sisters of labor every day in Washington,” Menendez said.
