Dr. Murray Sabrin, the Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate, says he will wait to see what Brett Kavanaugh says during his confirmation hearing before deciding whether he would support President Trump’s nominee to serve as Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.
“There are questions about his commitment to the 4th amendment and his approval of the use of presidential powers, Sabin told the New Jersey Globe today. “He is refusing to open certain records. I believe we should have transparency.”
Sabrin was campaigning in his home county today at the Rutherford Street Fair, the traditional launching spot of the general election campaign.
He was accompanied by Claudio Belusic, the Libertarian nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s 9th district.
