In his second TV ad, Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-Ringoes) promises voters that they will always know where he stands.
In “Stand,” Malinowski reminds his constituents that his refusal to accept corporate PAC contributions means he can stand up to special interests on issues like heath care and gun safety.
Script: Here’s where I stand. I don’t take corporate PAC money, so I’ll never owe them a thing. That’s why I can fight for lower drug prices. Take on the special interests trying to guy our health care during a pandemic. I’m pro-choice. Pro-gun reform. I will not tolerate bigotry. I’ll always be clear about what I think is right and wrong. We won’t always agree, but you will always know where I stand.
“People are tired of self-serving politicians who will say and do whatever it takes to get ahead.” said Daniel Fleiss, Malinowski’s campaign manager. “That’s why Tom will never take a penny from corporate PACs. We always know exactly where he stands: with us.”
Malinowski faces Senate Minority Leader Tom Kean, Jr. in his bid for re-election to a second term in the U.S. House of Representatives in New Jersey’s 7th district.
The New Jersey Globe is sponsoring the first debate between Malinowski and Kean on Sunday, September 13 at 9 PM.
