GOP U.S. Senate frontrunner Rik Mehta has won his seventh party organization endorsement, picking up the support of Warren County, according to a report on Save Jersey, a Republican political news site.

The Warren County GOP chairman is Doug Steinhardt, who is also the Republican State Chairman.

Mehta is undefeated in his pursuit of organization lines.  He’s won contests in Burlington, Camden, Hunterdon, Monmouth, Somerset and Union counties for his bid to take on incumbent Cory Booker.

Four other Republicans are seeking the Senate nomination: Hirsh Singh, Tricia Flanagan, Stuart Meissner and Natalie Rivera.  A fifth candidate, former Monmouth County freeholder Gary Rich, dropped out of the race last week and endorsed Flanagan.
