Betty Jaeger, a former mayor of Randolph, died on February 7. She was 70. Jaeger served on the Randolph Township Council for 25 years, and was mayor in 1980 and 1991. She was t he passport supervisor in the Morris County Clerk’s office before her retirement in 2002.
Raymond Kushinsky, a former New Jersey Workers Compensation Judge, died on February 8. He was 86. Kushinsky was a former Ocean County assistant prosecutor and served on the New Jersey Violent Crimes Compensation Board.
