A non-profit with ties to House Republican leadership spent $100,000 on digital ads hitting three members of New Jersey’s congressional delegation on impeachment.

The ads, which will appear on social media, will feature photos of Reps. Mikie Sherrill, Josh Gottheimer and Andy Kim and will tell voters to “vote no on impeachment.”

The three congressmembers voted in favor of a resolution establishing procedures for the public phase of the impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump.

The House held its first impeachment hearing Wednesday.

The buy is part of a larger $2 million spending campaign against 37 House Democrats.

Rep. Tom Malinowski’s name is conspicuously absent from the list.

“Congress should be working on the issues the American people care about — passing the USMCA, creating good jobs, and securing our border — not getting bogged down in what is clearly a partisan impeachment charade,” AAN President Dan Conston said. “It’s time for Members of Congress to take a stand, vote no on impeachment, and get back to work on the issues that will actually make a difference in the lives of Americans across our country. Let voters decide elections.”
