Publitics, a North Jersey Democratic political consulting firm, won a Reed Award for their direct mail piece produced by FMBA Locals 84 and 284 to help Jeff Martin win election as mayor of Hamilton.
The Reed Awards are named after Campaigns & Elections founder Stanley Foster Reed. Along with the Pollies, they are considered the most prestigious awards available for political consultants.
Publitics is run by Matt Krayton and Henry de Koninck.
“We strive to provide our clients with innovative strategies and high-impact creative,” said Matt Krayton. “Being recognized as a leader in the industry validates what we do.”
In 2018, Publitics won a Reed Award for Most Sophisticated Targeting with Direct Mail for their work on a Millburn Township Committee race. Their client, Tara Prupis, defeated Republican incumbent Jodi Rosenberg by 425 votes, 52%-48%.
“While the only metric we judge ourselves by is the electoral success of our clients, being recognized by industry peers with a prestigious Reed Award is always gratifying and is the icing on the cake of an enormously successful election cycle for our firm,” said de Koninck.
