The chairman of President Donald Trump’s New Jersey campaign expects the impeachment inquiry that begins in Congress today to be a kangaroo court.
“This is a predetermined trial. It’s outcome happened within a nano second of President Trump’s election,” said Senate Minority Whip Joseph Pennacchio (R-Montville). “Their hope is that the masses of deplorables and bible clinging American people will be swayed by their political slight of hand.”
Pennacchio accused House Democrats of plotting to impeach Trump from the moment he was elected.
“Their hope is that the masses of deplorables and bible clinging American people will be swayed by their political sleight of hand,” said Pennacchio. “American’s will see for themselves how partisan and devoid of due process (Adam) Schiff is willing to go to extract his pound of political flesh.”
Pennacchio says he expected Schiff to reject requests from Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee to call the “supposed whistleblower” to testify or shut down inquiries about the motives of witnesses.
“American’s interest will be piqued when they see first hand that the Schiff’s staff coached the Whistleblower weeks before he/she filed the complaint, then he, Schiff, lied to the American people about his involvement,” Pennacchio said.
Pennacchio believes Americans will begin paying attention today and that they won’t like what they see.
“Soon Democrat’s back slapping will be replaced with finger pointing and hand wringing. Justice will begin being served,” Pennacchio suggested. “Just not as the Democrats envisioned.”
