Booker to stump in Oklahoma on Thursday

Cory Booker is headed to Oklahoma on Thursday for three campaign stops, his visit there as a candidate for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination,

The Oklahoma primary is scheduled for March 3 – Super Tuesday.

Booker will tour Black Wall Street, the site of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, followed by a speech at the Vernon AME Church in Tulsa.

After that, Booker will attend a University of Oklahoma Block Party with the College Democrats.

A national Quinnipiac University poll released this morning has Joe Biden leading Elizabeth Warren, 32%-15%, with Bernie Sanders in third place with 15%.  Booker is at 1% in the Quinnipiac poll.

The poll shows Biden leading Trump, 54%-38%.

Trump’s national approval ratings are upside down at 38%-56%.
