Joe Biden has retaken the lead in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination with Elizabeth Warren plummeting, Pete Buttigieg on the rise, and Cory Booker stuck at 2% in a national Quinnipiac University poll released today.
Biden has a 24%, followed by Buttigieg at 16%, Warren with 14% and Bernie Sanders at 13%.
An October 24 Quinnipiac poll had Warren leading Biden, 28%-21%, with Booker at 1%.
Michael Bloomberg, Kamala Harris and Amy Klobuchar are at 3%, with Booker, Andrew Yang, Julian Castro and Michael Bennett at 2%.
President Donald Trump has an upside-down 40%-54% approval rating nationally.
