Tuesday is Election Day in West New York, where voters will pick five town commissioners to serve for the next four years.
Mayor Felix Roque is seeking re-election to a third term. He faces a slate headed by his onetime running mate, Gabriel Rodriguez.
In 2015, Roque beat back a challenge from Count Wiley in 2015 by almost 16 points.

Roque ousted mayor Sal Vega in 2011 by 7.7%.

West New York was a battleground town in the 2007 Democratic primary for State Senate in the 33rd district. Both assemblymen, Union City Mayor Brian Stack and West New York Mayor Sal Vega, ran against each other for Senate. Stack, running off the line, beat Vega in West New York by 7 points.
