Village President seeking second term against Deborah Ford Davis

South Orange Village President Sheena Collum is seeking re-election to a second term in Tuesday’s non-partisan municipal election.  She was elected in 2015 with 70% of the vote.  Now she faces Village Trustee Deborah Ford Davis, the Clerk of the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
