Orange Mayor Dwayne Warren won re-election without much trouble Tuesday, winning 58% of the vote in a six-candidate field.

The mayor received 1,441 votes. Donna Williams, his closest challenger, got 451.

Incumbent Councilwoman Adrienne Wooten won re-election with 1,053 votes. Newcomer Clifford Ross won his seat with 941 votes.

The race for the Orange’s third at-large council seat is too close to call.

Currently, Weldon Montague leads Edward Marable 577-576. Dwight Homes is close behind with 546 ballots cast in his name.

Some vote-by-mail ballots will come in over the next two days, and those results may change.
