New Leaders Council event on March 7

The New Jersey chapter of the New Leaders Council, which has produced some of the fastest rising stars in state politics, will hold their annual advisory board winter event in New Brunswick on March 7.

The state chapter directors are Katie Brennan, the chief of staff at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and Kaitlin Wojtowicz, the legislative and political director of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey.

Former NLC fellows include: Atlantic County freeholder Ashley Bennett; Parimal Garg, the deputy chief counsel to Gov. Phil Murphy; Trenton city councilman Jerrell Blakely; Matt Platkin, the chief counsel to the governor; Jersey City councilman James Solomon; Plainsboro Township committeeman David Bander; Stephanie Lagos, the chief of staff to First Lady Tammy Murphy; Newark school board member Asia Norton; former Dumont councilman Louis DiPaolo; and Camden County freeholder Bill Moen.
