Chaparro undecided on open presidential primary

Assemblywoman Annette Chaparro is undecided on the prospect of an open presidential primary.

“I have honestly not even thought of that. There’s so much going on that I didn’t really think of it,” she said. “I’m open to anything at this point, but I can’t even give you an honest answer because that’s not even been on my radar.”
