Rice Tribune: Donald Payne, Jr.

Rep. Donald Payne, Jr. released the following statement on the death of former State Sen. Ronald Rice:

“Terribly sad to hear of State Sen. Ronald Rice’s passing today.  My condolences to his family and children.  When I lost my father, St. Sen. Rice filled a void in my life and became a second father to me.  His passing is a tremendous loss for our community, and he’ll be missed.”
