In Memoriam: son of state senator dies

Kevin Caufield, the former Assistant Chief of the Newark Fire Department, died on September 21.  He was 64.  Caufield was the son of John F. Caufield, a former State Senator and Newark Fire Director.

Kenneth Taylor, who served twelve years on the Mantua Board of Education, died on September 21.  He was 82.

Jessica Dawson, the granddaughter of the late New Jersey Superior Court Alan Vogelson, died on September 21.  She was 29.
