John Degutis, a former chairman of the Hampton Township Board of Health, died on March 23. He was 87. A former commissioner of the Sussex County Fire Police Association, he worked as a photographer for the New Jersey Herald after retiring from as a manufacturing engineer.
William Plumley, the father of Midland Park councilwoman Marion Plumley, passed away on March 23. He was 86. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956.
