Joseph Clark, a former Randolph councilman, died on February 13. He was 78. Clark also served on the Randolph zoning and planning boards.
Madge Basil, a former administrative assistant to the mayor of Woodbridge, died on February 16. She was 85. Basil spent many years as a Democratic county committeewoman.
Mary Nagle Shahade, a former member of the Palmyra Board of Education, died on January 27. She was 93.
