Phoebe Seham, a Tenafly lawyer who spent decades as a women’s rights activist, died on May 14. She was 86. The founder of the Women’s Rights Information Center in Englewood, she served on the Bergen County Board of Ethics and served on the New Jersey Commission on Discrimination in the Statutes.
Joe Alesandrini, a retired Camden County Prosecutor’s Office lieutenant, died on May 24. He was 79.
