Michael Galley, a former member of the Union Township Board of Education, died on April 27. He was 90. A U.S. army veteran who served in the Army Corps of Engineers, Galley was the chief engineer of the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission and worked for the New Jersey Division of Water Resources.
