Jeff Kasoff, a who served twelve years as an Englewood Cliffs councilman, passed away on February 6. He was 86. Kasoff was elected in 1997 and re-elected in 2000, 2003 and 2006. He did not seek re-election to a fourth term in 2009.
Amanda DuBuske, a longtime Democratic activist in Jersey City, died on February 6. She was 92.
