Gov. Phil Murphy will fly to Paris later today for a quick to attend the graduation of his daughter, who has been attending a program there. The governor will be in France less than 48 hours and is expected to return to New Jersey sometime on Thursday.
Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver will be acting governor during his absence.
Murphy voted early this morning at the Fairview Elementary School in Red Bank.
