If you are a dedicated New Jersey policy wonk, here’s a copy of Gov. Phil Murphy’s detailed budget book for fiscal year 2020.

The book includes the specifics on Murphy’s proposed $38.6 billion “Middle Class Blueprint,” including an operations guide and a financial plan.  Summaries of appropriations, revenues, expenditures and fund balances, and in-depth department-by-department data is included.
