The task force convened by Gov. Phil Murphy to investigate abuses of tax incentive meted out by the Economic Development Authority will hold its third public meeting on July 9.
The meeting will be open to public testimony, though that testimony will be limited to five minutes per person.
Earlier this month, the task force released the first report detailing its findings, which showed that some firms, including those with ties to South Jersey powerbroker George Norcross, submitted potentially-misleading applications seeking aid to the EDA.
