The task force convened by Gov. Phil Murphy to investigate abuses of the Economic Development Authority’s tax incentive programs is holding its third public hearing Tuesday, July 9.
At the hearing, which is being livestreamed here, the committee will take public comment.
No witness list for the task force has been released, though task force chairman Ronald Chen said former State Sen. Ray Lesniak is due to testify first.
About 40 people have signed up to testify.
The task force has seen some criticism from allies of South Jersey powerbroker George Norcross.
The panel focused on businesses with ties to Norcross in its second public hearing.
