State Sen. Bob Andrzejczak (D-Middle) has not yet filed a Senate campaign committee.
His most recent ELEC report, filed the day after he was sworn in to his Senate seat, is for a joint campaign committee with Assemblyman Bruce Land (D-Vineland). He reports raising $4,000 and has $726 in the bank.
Andrzejczak left the Assembly this month to replace Jefferson Van Drew in the State Senate. Van Drew resigned on January 1 to become a congressman.
He is expected to run in a November 2019 special election to fill the remaining 26 months of Van Drew’s term in the upper house.
Two Republicans, Cumberland County GOP chairman Michael Testa, Jr. and former Assemblyman Sam Fiocchi (R-Vineland), are seeking the Republican Senate nomination.
