Union Freeholder backs Malinowski

Union County Freeholder Bruce Bergen, who recently announced he would not seek re-election in 2018, has endorsed Tom Malinowski for the Democratic nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s 7th district.

“Tom is the kind of candidate we need in CD7. He has shown himself to be a person of strong integrity throughout the primary process and has the experience and proven leadership to successfully take on Leonard Lance,” said Bergen. “Tom shares my priorities for Union County, and I look forward to working with him to finally bring some real results to this district.”

Union County Democrats will meet on Sunday to award the organization line.
