Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-Paterson) won an 11th term in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Pascrell defeated Republican Eric Fisher by 41 points, 70%-29%, to keep the 9th district House seat.

The Congressman received 121,236 votes to Fisher’s 50,499

After serving as Passaic County Democratic Chairman, state assemblyman and mayor of Paterson, Pascrell defeated freshman Rep. Bill Martini in 1996.
