Fifteen Morris County Republican elected officials announced their endorsement of Bob Hugin for the Republican U.S. Senate nomination, and party leaders have granted permission for the pharmaceutical company executive to use the Morris County Republican Committee slogan on the June primary ballot.
Hugin now has the formal backing of Morris County Republican Chair Patti Page, State Sen. Anthony Bucco (R-Boonton), Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll (R-Morris Township), Assemblyman Anthony M. Bucco (R-Boonton), Assemblywoman Betty Lou DeCroce (R-Parsippany), former Morris County GOP Chairman John Sette, Sheriff James Gannon, County Clerk Ann Grossi, and all seven Morris County Freeholders.
“Bob Hugin is a man of honor and will bring much-needed integrity back to New Jersey’s representation in the United States Senate,” said James Gannon, Morris County Sheriff. “He has a proven track record of fighting for the great people of our state and will be a strong advocate for Jersey values in Washington.”
Morris is the tenth New Jersey county to endorse Hugin.
“It’s an honor to receive the endorsement from so many elected officials of the Morris County Republican Committee,” said Bob Hugin. “I look forward to working with the great people of Morris County, and across our whole state, to support Republican candidates.”
