Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-Ventnor), who is retiring after 24 years in Congress, has $283,940 remaining in his campaign account.

He has not yet contributed to the Republican nominee for his 2nd district seat, Seth Grossman.  He contributed $1,000 to Rep. Michael Turner (R-Ohio) and $2,000 to Rep. Martha Roby (R-Alabama).

LoBiondo paid his longtime political advisor Maryannie Harper $4,500 and sent $3,000 to his fundraiser, Jamie Montgomery.

LoBiondo had served in the State Assembly and on the Cumberland County Board of Freeholders before going to Congress.  He lost a race for the House to incumbent Bill Hughes in 1992; when Hughes retired in 1994, LoBiondo defeated State Sen. Bill Gormley in the Republican primary and then beat Democrat Lou Magazzu in the general election.
