Gottheimer airs new ad

By Nikita Biryukov, October 30 2018 2:40 pm

Rep. Josh Gottheimer released a new ad on Tuesday, touting the freshman congressman’s record.

“I’ve helped claw back more of our dollars from Washington to help our mayors cut property taxes. Jersey Values means honoring our seniors by protecting Social Security and Medicare,” Gottheimer says in the ad. “Jersey Values means getting something done for us, ahead of partisanship. I work with Democrats and Republicans for one simple reason: I work for you.”

Gottheimer is running for reelection in a historically-Republican district against former Cresskill Councilman John McCann.

Though Gottheimer has hit McCann in other ads, this one makes no mention of him.
