Incumbents Wayne Spangenberg and Peter Karcher have won the Republican nomination for two Town Committee seats in Liberty
Karcher leads with 54 votes, followed by Spangenberg with 52 votes, followed by open space Advocate Nancy O’Leary with 24 votes, and activist Don Lutz with 22 votes.
Liberty is a Republican stronghold. Jack Ciattarelli carried Liberty by over 32 points last year.
No Democrats have filed to run for the township committee in Liberty Township
