Howarth has $15,810 cash-on-hand

Assemblyman Joe Howarth (R-Evesham), facing an increasingly difficult re-election campaign in the 8th district, has just $15,810 in his campaign warchest at the end of 2018. Howarth raised $52,810 in total this cycle and spent $37,000, according to reports filed with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.  The numbers do not include revenues from a fundraiser he held this morning in Trenton.
