Former Mendham Township Deputy Mayor Rick Blood has resigned from the Bucco for Congress exploratory committee. Assemblyman Anthony Bucco (R-Boonton), who is considering a bid for the Republican nomination for Congress in New Jersey's 11th district, says that Blood contacted him this morning and withdrew his name from the panel.  Bucco accepted Blood's resignation.
